Nominees, honorees and other headline performers will be announced to the media through press releases. However, other high level attendees will not be announced for security purposes.

Media will be given access to the Red Carpet prior to the Awards ceremony. Media representatives that wish to cover the gala ceremony will be escorted to a press box with full overhead views of the stage and audience. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, media will not be allowed on the main floor of the ceremony.
All guests, honorees and performers who walk the Red Carpet will be available for interview, depending on their preference.
All guests, honorees and performers will walk the Red Carpet. However, their preference for interviews will be at their discretion.
All media representatives, including reporters, producers, cameramen and photographers, will be expected to follow security guidelines and stay within designated media areas.

Accommodations will be made for camera tripods and photographer sets. Audio and other technical equipment is subject to availability.

The South-South Awards will be webcast online. Please stay tuned for information on web link. We will confirm beforehand if satellite broadcast is made available.
Press kits, including press releases, photos and video will be available immediately following the event, with conditions permitting. Photos and video will be made available (under Creative Commons license) online at soon after the event.
